Today we had planned our rest day though after the last few more relaxing tours I didn’t feel like I needed one. Anyway, it was nice taking your time at the breakfast, doing some washing and even some reading. Usually, after hiking all day and after writing the daily blog entry I’m already too tired for reading…
So for the best part of the day we just sat outside on the balcony reading, eating and not much else. In the morning we lay at the pool and I even swam a bit but it was so very cold that I couldn’t stay inside too long.
In the afternoon we got hungry (after all the fruits, chocolate and cookies we bought yesterday were gone) so against all plans we decided to go down the 2,5km into the touristic part of Seeboden again.
On the lake front we found a restaurant and ordered something to eat. When my cheese toast was brought it wasn’t only cheese but ham and cheese toast which I immediately sent back from where it came. The waitress seemed very sorry but nonetheless I didn’t want to stay for ice cream afterwards anymore. 😉
After eating we found a boat rental service and chose a motor boat for half an hour. It was so awesome driving through the lake in the evening sun! Though the boat could have been a little faster. 😉
Afterwards, we bought some ice cream at a supermarket and went back up to our accomodation.
Tomorrow we’ll need to make an early start, it’s going to be long and hard!!!
